Some things start simply. A kitchen. A recipe. Something to keep idle hands busy. When we moved to Florida, I went back to something I had always known. I pulled out a chocolate chip cookie recipe that I had made for my children over 20 years ago. What happened next surprised even me.
That one recipe, that single master dough, became the foundation for hundreds of flavor combinations. Within months, we had customers. Then corporate orders. Then a Sunday market where people come to us, pick up their orders, and take something home made with real intention.
We are Ambered Butter Cookies. A cottage kitchen turned commercial brand, built on one belief: that a truly great cookie is not something you eat. It is something you feel. Golden edges. Slow bake.
